When you enter into any new area of science, you almost always find

yourself with a baffling new language of technical terms to learn before you can converse with the experts. This is certainly true in astronomy both in terms of terms that refer to the cosmos and terms that describe the tools of the trade, the most prevalent being the telescope. So to get us off of first base, let’s define some of the key terms that pertain to telescopes to help you be able to talk to them more intelligently. The first area of specialization in telescopes has to do with the types of telescopes people use. The three designs of telescopes that most people use are the Refractor, the Reflector and the Schmidt Cassegrain telescope. The refractor telescope uses a convex lens to focus the light on the eyepiece. The reflector telescope has a concave lens which means it bends in. It uses mirrors to focus the image that you eventually see. The Schmidt Cassegrain telescope uses an involved system of mirrors to capture the image you want to see. A binocular telescope uses a set of telescopes mounted and synchronized so your view of the sky is 3-D. Beyond the basic types, other terms refer to parts of the telescope or to the science behind how telescopes work. Collimation is a term for how well tuned the telescope is to give you a good clear image of what you are looking at. You want your telescope to have good collimation so you are not getting a false image of the celestial body. Aperture is a fancy word for how big the lens of your telescope is. But it’s an important word because the aperture of the lens is the key to how powerful your telescope is. Magnification has nothing to do with it, its all in the aperture.

گاباپنتین دارویی کنترل صرع است که برای دردهای عصبی
و یا مشکلاتی مانند سندرم پای بی‌قرار هم موثر باشد.
مصرف گاباپنتین را حتی اگر
احساس بهبودی دارید، ادامه دهید.

بدون صحبت با پزشک مصرف دارو را قطع نکنید، حتی اگر دچار عوارض جانبی مانند تغییرات غیرمعمول در رفتار یا
خلق و خو شوید. از داروی گاباپنتین برای کنترل بیماری صرع، مخصوصا
نوع جزئی یا پارشیال استفاده می شود.

ممکن است برای درمان تشنج‌های جزئی که
نوعی صرع محسوب می‌شوند،
برای شما تجویز شده باشد.
فراهمى زيستى گاباپنتين ، وقتى به همراه داروهاى ضد اسيد معده مصرف مى شود ، ممكن است تا ٢٠ درصد كاهش يابد .
مصرف طولانى مدت اين دارو در مصرف ليتيوم تأثير منفى نمى گذارد .
از اين دارو در اختلالات اضطرابى (
فوبياى اجتماعى و اختلال پنيك
) استفاده مى شود ، هر چند به عنوان داروى
اصلى در مانيا يا اختلالات خلقى مقاوم در
برابر درمان مورد استفاده قرار نمى گيرد

تأثير گذار در سيستم عصبى جسمى – حسى به وجود
مى آيد . نورالژياى پست – هرپتيك درد عصبى ناشى از آسيب ايجاد شده توسط ويروس

معمول ، پزشک مصرف شما را با دوز کم شروع می کند و
با گذشت زمان آن را تنظیم می کند تا به دوز مناسب شما برسد.

دقت کنید که قطع ناگهانی داروهای ضد صرع سبب افزایش احتمال بروز
تشنج می‌شود. مصرف الکل ممکن است برخی از عوارض جانبی
گاباپنتین را تشدید کند. برخی از پزشکان توصیه می‌کنند

مصرف این دارو ممکن است در افراد اضطراب،
تحریک پذیری، ناهنجاری‌های رفتاری همانند احساس ناراحتی و ناامیدی، زودرنجی، عصبانیت، بی‌قراری و خشم می‌آورد.
این دارو ممکن است در فرد باعث بروز
تمایل و تفکر خودکشی و یا افسردگی شود.
اگر فرزند یا مراقبتان شما را بروز این عوارض آگاه کرد به
پزشک خود اطلاع دهید. 5-داروهای
ضد صرع از جمله گاباپنتن ، احتمال
بروز تفکرات و رفتار خودکشی بالا می رود .
هر دارو به موازات ایجاد اثرات درمانی مورد نظر، ممکن
است سبب بروز عوارض ناخواسته
نیز بشود. اگرچه کلیه این عوارض در یک فرد مشاهده نمی شود ولی در صورت بروز هر یک
از عوارض زیر با پزشک معالج مشورت نمایید.

برای اینکه این مشکل برای فرد ایجاد نشود، باید تحت درمان با دارو قرار بگیرد.
یکی از داروهایی که برای کنترل تشنج استفاده می‌شود،
گاباپنتین است. در ادامه به

checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment.
